  1. well they sell things at drugstores to keep you from snoring like those things you put on your nose while your asleep. if nothing works you could get your roommate earplugs (:

  2. Try those nose strips from the grocery store. I also used to snore, but I found out that if I sleep on my stomach I don’t snore that loud.

  3. Consult a physician

  4. Are you sure youre entering college,( you spelled it wrong), lose weight, or wear those bandaid things on the outside of youre nose, or go to a pshycologist, some past memory could be making you snore

  5. You can get those strips in almost any pharmacy that you put across your nose at night, you breath better and don’t snore. The things you see on the close ups of football players on TV. Recently heard of an over -the -counter spray that’s suppose to be very effective, as well, but can’t remeber the name. A friend used it and says it works great. Ask the pharmacist if you can’t find it. Sweet dreams!

  6. maybe try sudafed if your nose is stuffed up
or sleeping in a different position
there are strips you can put on your nose to open the airway…they were on tv and are also useful for colds!

  7. There is surgery and or CPAP Machine.

  8. I dont think thats something you can do anything about – ask your doc. sorry

  9. Have you tried those strips you put on your nose right across the bridge? I cannot remember the name but you can find them at walmart. My boyfriend used them. He had to or I could not get any sleep

  10. Make sure you don’t have sleep apnea… use those nose strips to keep your nose passage open… I think there’s some kind of snore-reducing spray that you could use too. Chek out the medical section of drug store. :-)
