The problem could be sinus congestion. The “Breathe
Right” strips can be placed on the nose while sleeping.

I had a very big problem with snoring.
It was so bad that my ex-wife even had to sleep in another room.
This caused all kinds of problem between us, but the main one is that we eventually lived separate lives and this led to us getting a divorce, and as you know that the people who suffer the most from this divorce are the children
Anyway I eventually came across this amazing product which is very comfortable and is an Effective Anti-snoring
