My man does not snore.
If yours does, get breathright strips, tell him to roll over or find another man.

My boyfriend snores CONSTANTLY.
Not all reasons are the same, my bf snores due to constriction of his airway during sleep. He also has sleep apnea.
He went to a sleep study clinic twice, they put him on some meds and gave him a special machine to use when sleeping. When he takes the meds and uses the machine, he doesn’t snore anymore.
But he says the machine causes his nose to be irritated, and the meds make him sleep “too soundly”, so I still listen to him snoring quite often.
Its not good to have someone with a snoring apnea problem. Besides keeping you awake, it is stressing their heart, which may cause a heart attack or a stroke. If the person is already overweight and a smoker, the added stress from the apnea and snoring is VERY dangerous. Often times, quitting smoking and losing weight will reduce or stop the snoring, but not always.
